Terms of Service

By accessing and using FalconryScale, you agree to these Terms of Service and all applicable laws. If you do not agree, you may not use the service.

Permission is granted to use FalconryScale for personal or commercial falconry management. You may not modify or copy the app’s materials, use them outside of falconry, reverse engineer the software, remove proprietary notices, or transfer the materials to anyone else.

You’re responsible for your account and password. Keep your information accurate, accept responsibility for activity under your account, tell us about unauthorised use, and follow applicable laws.

Subscriptions are billed through Apple or Google and renew automatically for the same term unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. A free trial converts to a paid subscription automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the trial ends. Manage or cancel your subscription in your Apple ID or Google Play account settings; we cannot cancel it on your behalf.

We charge zero platform fees on bird sales. Listings must not offer: species or specimens without the legal paperwork required to possess or sell them; commercial trade in CITES Appendix I species without the required permits; wild-taken birds where that is prohibited in your jurisdiction; any animal other than a bird of prey; or counterfeit or altered papers. CITES and legal compliance is the seller’s responsibility. Listings must be accurate, and we can remove non-compliant ones. Disputes are between buyer and seller: we facilitate communication but aren’t party to sales.

You retain all rights to content you submit. Posting it grants us a non-exclusive license to display and distribute it in the app. Don’t post content that breaks the law, infringes rights, contains malicious code, or is false or harassing.

You own all the data you enter. You can export your complete data at any time. When you delete your account, your data is permanently removed within 30 days.

FalconryScale is provided as is, without warranties of any kind. We don’t guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. Always consult a licensed veterinarian for health decisions.

FalconryScale and its creators aren’t liable for damages arising from use or inability to use the service, including direct, indirect, incidental or consequential damages.

We may modify these terms at any time and will notify you of material changes. Continued use after a change means you accept the new terms.
